2017 Conference

"Dynamic Partnerships, Relevant Results"

The California Association of Resource Conservation Districts (CARCD) is pleased to continue the tradition of bringing together the conservation community from around the state. Registration is now open for the 72nd Annual CARCD Conference, which will highlight and celebrate "Dynamic Partnerships, Relevant Results," from November 15-18, 2017 in Sacramento, California.

Conference Overview

California leads the country with our influential and forward-thinking natural resource and conservation strategies and goals that we create together through collaboration. Sacramento—this year's Annual CARCD Conference host city—is an ideal nexus where innovative policy and dynamic partnerships can make the vision of natural resource enhancement on public and private lands a reality.

Join us this November to build alliances, become acquainted with local programs, explore opportunities, and strengthen existing partnerships.

Over 250 professionals will be in attendance at CARCD's 72nd Annual Conference this November, including conservation practitioners, scientists, private landowners, legislators, non-profit partner organizations, and State and Federal agency representatives. Participants will enjoy an unparalleled opportunity to build new and strengthen existing partnerships, become acquainted with locally-driven conservation programs throughout the state, and explore opportunities for innovation through the cross-pollination of ideas.
