What does it take to launch a community-based fundraising program that can bring in revenue to support your mission? Community-based fundraising is part logistics, part gymnastics, and all about relationships. If you’ve been thinking about philanthropy as a possible funding stream, this session will outline the tools and conditions you’ll need to be successful.

Learning objectives for this Track 2 session:

  • Participants will understand the ingredients needed for a successful fundraising program
  • Participants will learn how to align fundraising with their overall strategy and mission
  • Participants will learn strategies for relationship-cultivation to support a fundraising program
