The financial transactions report (FTR) required by the State Controller's Office pursuant to Government Code 53891 has been updated for the 2016-17 reporting year. The revised FTR incorporates significant GASB pronouncements such as Statement 68, conforms to generally accepted accounting principles, where possible, and improves compliance with government codes.
