The CA Department of Food and Ag has opened applications for its Alternative Manure Management Program (AMMP). All dairies can apply for up to $750,000 to help implement practices that reduce methane emissions. Marin RCD and partners will be hosting a workshop to help dairy managers find out if this program is a good fit for their operation and to provide no-cost assistance with the application. Join them on Tuesday, January 29 from 10am to 2pm at the USDA NRCS Petaluma Field Office "Mystic” Room (5401 Old Redwood Highway Suite 100, Petaluma, CA 94954).
