The District's nonprofit, the Tehama Conservation Fund, is bringing the Wild & Scenic Film Festival to Red Bluff on Saturday, March 30th at the State Theatre. This years event includes inspiring films from around the world as well as prize drawings, concessions, local craft beer and wine.
